REGISTRATION
1. To secure a place, participants should submit their registration to the Stata Users Conference via the online registration form or send the pdf format of the registration form via email to conference@tstat.it.
2. Fees are subject to VAT (applied at the current Italian rate of 22%). Under current EU fiscal regulations, VAT will not, however, be applied to companies, government institutes or Universities providing a valid tax registration number.
3. To be eligible for full-time student prices, participants must provide proof of their full-time student status for the current academic year. Our standard policy is to provide all full-time students, be they undergraduates or masters students, with access to our student registration rates.
4. Training course participants will be provided with a copy of the course handouts, the Stata do-files and databases used through the course; together with a temporary licence of StataNow 19.5 valid for 30 days. Participants will however, need to bring their own laptop with them.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Written notification of cancellation should be sent either by email to conference@tstat.it, at least 12 working days prior to the start of the meeting, should circumstances prevent the delegate from attending the course concerned. Written cancellations received within 12 working days of the course starting date do not incur a cancellation penalty. Participants will, however, be liable for any bank transfer costs incurred should it be necessary to refund course fees. Participants who cancel after 12 working days prior to the course start date will be subject to a service charge equivalent to 100% of the total course fees. Participants will be liable for any bank transfer costs incurred should it be necessary to refund course fees.
Kindly Note: TStat S.r.l. cannot be held liable for any other expenses relating to enrolment on Meeting and/or Training Course.
INVOICING
Invoices will be issued upon receipt of the registration form and must be paid within the terms reported on the invoice. Failure to adhere to the required terms may result in the participants losing their place on the conference. Any different invoice and payment requests must be agreed upon and approved in advance by the TStat accounting department.
